## What Omi is

Omi Health is a yearly longevity membership for dogs. Once a year a concierge
vet draws blood — at home or at a partner location — and the panel is read
for 60+ biomarkers across renal, hepatic, metabolic,
inflammatory, thyroid, cardiac and cognitive categories.
Results become a personalized health plan in the Omi app, alongside a 24/7 AI
vet chat trained on veterinary-reviewed data and vet-ready records you can
bring to your own veterinarian. A cellular aging cheek swab is taken at the
same visit, once a year, and reads your dog's biological age. It costs
$500 a year, both tests included.

It exists because 1 in 5 healthy dogs are hiding a disease that will impact their lifespan. Biomarkers shift months to years before visible
symptoms, which is the window in which intervention still changes the outcome.

## Key facts

- A membership is $500 a year and includes one blood biomarker test and one cellular aging test a year.
- The annual blood draw reads 60+ biomarkers; counting the cellular aging test, Omi measures 80+ in total.
- The blood panel measures 62 biomarkers; the cellular aging test adds 18 genetic markers read from a cheek swab. Uploading past vet records adds more.
- The cellular aging test is included in every membership, once a year. The swab is taken by the Omi team at the blood-draw appointment, at the same visit; nothing is shipped.
- Memberships are sold in New York City and Los Angeles. Draws are running in New York City. Los Angeles is launching. Memberships are open and the first draw days are being scheduled. The founding-member drop runs in New York City only.
- Licensed veterinarians oversee the app's guidance by reviewing samples of the plans and chat answers it produces, and their corrections are applied across the system. Individual plans and chat replies are generated automatically and are not each reviewed by a veterinarian before you see them.
- Omi provides wellness information, not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. It complements regular veterinary care; it does not replace it.
